  1. Online messages requesting you to download the Zoom Workplace app can be ignored, select Join from your browser link instead. (Downloading of the Zoom Workplace app is optional, and is NOT required for these services.) 

  2. If a zoom meeting is scheduled and active, you will be placed in a waiting room ... until the host acknowledges you.
